I am an experienced litigator and trial attorney in New York City. I handle Employment Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Sexual Harassment and all types of Criminal Defense matters for my clients. After five years as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County and another three years at a private law firm defending general litigation and employment matters, I have decided that the best way to serve my community is be a lawyer who assists individuals and small businesses with their legal needs. That is why I decided to start my own law firm. Now my firm provides assistance to individuals and small businesses by providing legal services that are comprehensive, effective and affordable to my clients. Additionally, unlike large law firms, I personally handle each client's case without all of the extra "adminstrative costs" that some large firms pass onto their clients
As an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office, I prosecuted and tried hundreds of cases including, robberies, assaults, drug offenses, domestic violence and white collar crime. As a civil litigator, I successfully defended many litigation claims in state and federal court. Now I assist people and business owners who need a lawyer that knows the law and the system to fight for them in Criminal Court, face down an employer who is harassing or discriminating against them or protect their rights in the courtroom in a variety of matters. Unlike other lawyers that you may have encountered, I will make sure that you are part of the process every step of the way and that the resolution of your matter and the means of getting to that resolution is acceptable to you and within your financial means.
I will work aggressively and tirelessly to help you reach a favorable resolution, whether this means an out-of-court settlement, a separation agreement, a plea agreement or protecting your rights at a trial.
I am admitted to practice in all New York State courts and the Federal District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. I also speak Spanish.
